Something In Common

Today as I walked home from school, I realized that there is something that almost everyone under the age of 25 has done at at least one point in their life. Every Canadian between the ages of 5-25 has walked backwards from point A to point B in the winter when it is too cold on the face to walk forwards.

Last Resort

School has been a giant mess of books, dumbass teachers, homework, and tests, so I’ve decided (with a little help) that the only remedy for the stress that I’ve been going through is to get very, very drunk as soon as possible.

Cheers!

Large dosages of loud, violent music should also help.

Smell

People who don’t smell things are missing out on life. I like to smell everything. Food mostly, but sometimes if something is looking a bit sketchy, I give it a little sniff just out of curiosity. On the other hand, my sister refuses to smell anything, even food! I keep telling her that it’s important to build up your scent definitions in case you go blind someday and need to smell things to identify them, but she just won’t listen.

How can you go through life without smelling anything?

Elderly

It makes me feel good to know that if I ever wanted to say something bad about an old person, I could do it via Internet and they would never find out.

Not that I would want to say something bad about an old person, of course.

Birthday!

Today is my birthday! I was pretty excited when I first got up, but after coming onto the computer, things got better.

I opened up my email and navigated to my junk-emails. I usually read all the titles of the junk emails just because it makes me laugh because sites try and get me to sign up for their free mascara and makeup, but sometimes I find genuinely interesting content in that little folder. For example, when I opened it up today, this is what I saw:

That’s right. FOUR Happy Birthdays from people/organizations I don’t even know. I didn’t get a single email from any of my friends, but luckily these creepers did the job, and then some. I also found it slightly humorous how it was always the tech places that emailed me. I guess I know where all the friendly people are from.

And yes, that one Happy Birthday wish is from Uncle Chester, one of the characters from The Big Comfy Couch.

Do it! Do it! loltwitter
